Ashtanga Yoga with Jane has transformed my fitness and flexibility and helps me to find
equilibrium in my life, however stressful.
I have been to four classes a week under Jane's expert and caring guidance for a number of years.
Each session is different as Jane tailors the class to the group and moves between a full Ashtanga
practice and concentrating on areas of the body to build strength and flexibility.
Yogis travel quite a distance to be at Jane's class regularly and from further afield for weekend
workshops, either lead by Jane, or by one of her own teachers, which are always inspiring.
I'm looking forward to my eighth decade, which has just begun, healthy in mind and body with
Jane's loving support.
I've been practicing yoga for 15 years but I didn't discover Jane until 6 years ago and I am so glad I did. She is without doubt the 'real deal' and one of the most down to earth and knowledgeable Ashtanga yoga teachers practicing in the UK today and one who is compassionate and empathetic to the practice and needs of each and every student.
