Mondays
Guided classes in Ashtanga Primary Series. St.Mary's Hall, Magdalene Street, Glastonbury.
New term begins January 9th 2023 with new class times!
5.15 - 6.15pm beginners
£10 drop-in or £36 for 4 sessions (to be used with 6 weeks)
6.30 - 8pm intermediate £12 Drop-in
£50 for 5 sessions (to be used within 8 classes).
Limited to 12 people. You are welcome to begin at any point in the term.
Intermediate class -
4 weekly cycle - 2 weeks general vinyasa flow, week 3 Primary Series talk-through, week 4 Intermediate Series talk-through.

Keinton Mandeville hall - Ashtanga vinyasa 12 to 1.30pm In-person and online on Zoom
Guided Ashtanga vinyasa yoga sessions (which will also be live streamed to those who wish to join on Zoom or can be purchased a recording for up to 6 days after).
12am to 1.30pm. Limited numbers.

Online cost is the same as all other online classes.

£55 for 5 weeks.

This class is the traditional way to teach and learn an Ashtanga self-practice.
It is an opportunity to learn, or to deepen, your own regular practice of the Ashtanga sequence in a supportive environment with individual tuition and adjustment.
If you would like to gain confidence in building a self-practice this is the best way to achieve it.

The following online classes streaming live on Zoom, or a recording available for up to 6 days:
Tuesdays - General Ashtanga vinyasa class 9 to 10.30am and 12 to 1.30pm From January 10th
Alternate weeks.
Dates:- January 12th, 26th, February 9th, 23rd, March 9th, 23rd
This class will be recorded and made available until the next session, for your own practice. If you have previous yoga experience and are unable to join live the recording will be available for the cost of a session.
If you are struggling due to loss of income please pay by donation (suggested minimum £5 a session, less if you really can't afford this).
