Classes



In-person classes are returning - details below!
The following online classes still streaming live on Zoom:

Mondays - Ashtanga beginners 6 to 7pm

                    Ashtanga improvers 7.30 to 9pm until July 19th
                    
Tuesdays - General Ashtanga vinyasa class 12 to 1.30pm
 
Thursdays - Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation 4.15 to 5.15pm
                    
Fridays -  Ashtanga Vinyasa class  9 to 10.30am
    
 
Prices: Online classes: Monday beginners £9 a session or £30 for a four class pass. 
                                        All other classes £10 a session or £50 for a six class pass.
                                        (You can drop-in to the Monday beginners with this pass but it will be treated as one class, to prevent confusion).
If you are struggling due to loss of income please pay by donation (suggested minimum £5 a session, less if you really can't afford this).
 
Jane is also available for online one-to-one sessions at £50 an hour, £60 for 75 mins or £70 for 90 minutes.

Face-to-face sessions resuming!
Tuesdays at Keinton Mandeville - this class is now fully booked for in-person. Zoom spaces available.
Guided Ashtanga vinyasa yoga sessions (which will also be live streamed to those who wish to join on Zoom).
12am to 1.30pm. Limited to 12 people.
May 25th to July 20th (not June 1st).
Cost £80 for 8 sessions. 
Online cost is the same as all other online classes.

Thursdays at Keinton Mandeville
Guided Ashtanga Vinyasa sessions fully in-person.
10.30am to 12. Limited to 12 people. 5 spaces available.
June 10th to July 15th. 
Cost £60 for 6 sessions.

Mysore-style self-practice sessions

Avalon Room, Glastonbury Experience Courtyard, Glastonbury High St.
Wednesdays 6.30 to 8pm.
Limited to 10 people. Fully booked for this term. Contact me if you would like a space in September.
June 9th to July 14th. 
£66 for six weeks.

This class is the traditional way to teach and learn Ashtanga yoga.

It is an opportunity to learn, or to deepen, your own regular practice of the Ashtanga sequence in a supportive environment with individual tuition and adjustment.
If you would like to gain confidence in building a self-practice this is the best way to achieve it.

Mondays - returning September 6th (:

Guided classes in Ashtanga Primary Series. St.Mary's Hall, Magdalene Street, Glastonbury.
6.10 -7.10pm beginners £10 drop-in or £36 for 4 sessions (to be used with 12 weeks)
7.20-9pm intermediate £12 Drop-in
£50 for 5 sessions (to be used within 12 weeks).
You are welcome to begin at any point in the term.


Intermediate class - 
4 weekly cycle - 2 weeks general vinyasa flow, week 3 Primary Series talk-through, week 4 Intermediate Series talk-through.
 Concessions by arrangement on all classes

Private sessions

Jane is also available for one to one tuition at a cost of £60 an hour/£75 for 80 mins.
